My sister sent me this recipe out of a cookbook and it is fantastic! The rub was really easy and fast to make and the chicken turned out great. :) I was surprised that whole chickens were so cheap, but because they are and because the meal is so easy to make it will definitely be making our rotation! I didn't skin the chicken like the recipe said and I did stuff it with onion and garlic. It smelled really good all day and the meat literally fell off the bone when I was trying to dish it up. :) Yum yum! Also, the left over chicken made a really nice salad the next day... and I bet that it would be good if you made it into chicken salad. Oh the possibilities!
