Firsts for Norah

I am pleased to announce that Norah's belly button stump has fallen off!  I think that they are really unusual, and on the side of gross so the faster they fall off the better for me.  :)  Also, that means that we can give her a bath (because you can't submerge them while it's on) and we can start cloth diapering to boot!  We will most likely keep using disposables while we are at Mom and Dad's but soon enough we will be back to the goods.  I was changing her diaper when I noticed that it was off I made Mom dig through her clothes to find it... Gaetan was always the one who found the other kids, so he was a little disappointed to not make it 3-3.

I was excited to give her a bath too.  I think babies smell good but there is something about a freshly bathed babe... mmm mmm mmm!  She wasn't really thrilled about it for about the first 5 seconds but she loved it after that.  :)  She wouldn't be one of our kids if she didn't like bath time.  haha.

My Dad and Gaetan like to play this game with Norah.  They lay her on her back across their thighs and grab her hands.  She then does a 'pull-up' and it's amazing to watch her hold her head up while she pulls herself up.  Strong girl!

Airway Oxygen also came over to pick up the machine!  So it seemed a bit more final to have that thing gone!  She has her two week check up tomorrow so I will be interested to see if she has gained any more weight... I can't wait until she gets large!
