I had some left over salmon this week and I wasn't quite sure what to do with it. So, I started searching Pinterest... :) I found this nice looking soup... so I thought I'd give it a try. The bisque itself was actually quite nice, and if one didn't have salmon (or if one didn't like salmon) you wouldn't have to put it in there. The bisque masks any taste of salmon quite nicely, so it was just a nice added protein. The kids gobbled it down! Dude helped make it, and I think that helped him like it too. Went really well with homemade bread... great for a cold winters day.
