Oatmeal Bake

I've been looking for a nice breakfast thing that makes a fairly large quantity (well, enough to feed our family) without having to put myself out by doing a lot of work.  I've always liked oatmeal bakes and this one was easy and just the right amount.  I didn't add the coconut and chocolate chips to it at the end like it suggested, but I did add pecans.  I think that it added a lot texturally and protein wise :)  So I would highly recommend that.  I didn't have dried cranberries so I just used raisins instead.  On the kids I put sprinkles and they thought it was great!  Party oatmeal!  haha.  I would make this again if we were going to have company over for breakfast as another option for them.  It wasn't to sweet which was really nice too, which is probably why they suggested you add the chocolate chips.
