Toffee Chip Short Bread

Lately shortbread desserts having been sounding really good to me!  So I found this little gem and it seemed easy enough... Dude was my big time helper when making it.  We had a lot of fun together.  I used cake flour instead of rice flour (because that's what I had... and if the intention of the rice flour was to make it fluffy, cake flour would be just as good).  Dude had a lot of fun measuring, mixing, pouring and dumping things in to this yummy treat!  :)  We also used mini-m and m's instead of mini chocolate chips, per his request.  :)
