Raspberry Almond Shortbread

Like I had mentioned before I have been craving short bread!  I'm not quite sure why because it's not like we ever had shortbread a lot before, but it is just sounding yummy.  So, I tried this new cookie recipe and OH MY, it has hit the spot.  I have to admit that the first dozen I might've eaten 3 or 4 right out of the oven.  They're not real sweet, but they have such a nice finish to them.  I didn't make the glaze for them and I thought that they were just fine.  I used a 1/2 t to make the indent, and I found that when you make the indent that you should push the sides up higher or else you get flat cookies.  Still taste nice but aren't as pretty.  Those, where the ones that I had to eat ;)  Oh the burden.  :)
