Tomorrow is Gaetan's last final of the year! :) I have learned a bit about his Professor's likes during the year and this Prof likes treats, but not too sweet. His Quantum Prof loves loves loves everything... so I tend to make richer treats for his class. So, for tomorrow I have made these lovelies... they're my brother's favorite cake, and we both weren't bit cake/sweet eaters growing up. We had to test try them tonight, of course, and I likey! :) I 1.5x the recipe to make a full muffin pan, and it worked out well. :)
