Unfortunately all the Christmas festivities has left this Momma not feeling so hot. I always like a nice bowl of soup when I'm not feeling well, and this was a nice thing for dinner. I didn't use chicken, and put mushrooms and shredded carrots in it. I made the noodles separate just incase we didn't eat it all, so that they didn't get mushy later. The kids gobbled it down! :) I would highly recommend putting the cilantro garnish in it too... it ads just the right something.
