Dude received his first piece of mail the other day that wasn't a birthday card. He was SO EXCITED to see his name on the envelope and he savored the moments that he was opening it up! Since my sister has moved to WV we've been texting a lot more, we've even gotten to facetime a little bit, and her kids are really into writing letters. :) Her youngest, Joni, wrote Tristan a letter and sent it complete with drawings. It was very sweet. He wanted to put it on the refrigerator right away so that he could look at it without Lucy grabbing it out of his hands. Because, let's be real, who doesn't love getting mail. :)
