Baby Shower

Last Sunday I was able to attend a baby shower for an old high school friend Lindsay!  She looked absolutely adorable... one of those super cute preggo people with just a little bump.  She got a lot of great stuff for her and baby boy Jousma and was surrounded by a lot of family and friends.  :)  I was honored to be apart of her shower, since most of the people there were family so it was nice that she thought of me.

I look forward to meeting their little bundle due to arrive Jan. 25th!  They had a really cute idea of asking for books instead of cards so that they could read them to their baby and say who they're from.  Everything baby is so soft, tiny and cute!  Made me happy.  I also won one of the shower games so I won a scarf!  Whoo hoo!  haha.  I got them some onesies and socks (not real exciting I know, but it's what they registered for) so I decided to try and make them into cupcakes.  I think they turned out pretty cute!

I hope that we get to meet baby boy Jousma and shower him in love.  Congrats Lindsay and Greg!  Obviously, we love children too!  hahaha

This was the animal farm that Dude organized at my parents.   I was really impressed with his organization!
