Crockpot French Dip Sandwich

For some reason this was sounding really really good to me, so I made it.  :)  It did hit the craving pretty spot on.  It was nice because the prep time in it was seriously less than a minute and it was a nice alternative to a pot roast.  We scarfed ours down, and I think that it is definitely a warm weather meal.  The cheese was also a favorite part of mine  :)
