Rose Apples

There had been a recipe that I saw floating around the internet on how to make these apple roses and since we had so many from the orchard I thought I'd give it a try!  They looked really easy to make and they looked pretty, so I figured why not?  They are easy to make but they aren't as yummy as they look.  I would make them again but instead of using the marmalade I might use caramel and definitely sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on it.  :)
