Jane's birthday

My dear friend had her birthday!  We were gonna go out and get mani's/pedis but the place we were gonna go underwent new management and I guess it is not good... so instead of wasting our money we stayed in instead.  I think the thought was nice but realistically I think we both knew it wasn't going to happen.  Instead, I brought over fried chicken for lunch and we stayed in and relaxed.  We made her birthday cake together until I had to get going to work.  It was hard to really celebrate since it was the middle of the week and Elise very much still needs her sweet Momma!  But, we celebrated our friendship, surrounded by family, and I think that's all we can hope for!  Happy birthday my dear friend :)
