Lincoln Park Zoo

When we got back from Marquette Lucy expressed her interest in going to a big zoo.  Now, I figured we would try to do something a bit more local since we had just spent all that time in the car, but not G!  Nope!  He was thinking big and since that Thursday I didn't have to work he thought it was a great day for it... so... back in the car we went to Chicago!  They have a bigger zoo there that is a lot more pricey but we went to Lincoln Park Zoo which was free and it still had a lot of fun things to do and animals to see.  I would love to go back because we didn't get a chance to see everything and they have a conservatory there too which I know the kids would love.  The drive wasn't too bad either  so it is a good activity to have in the back of our mind for another day.  :)

I also received a compliment from a stranger, which is always welcomed from mom to mom.  She said that I looked really good for having three kiddos :)
