Busiest Sunday Ever

Ever have those days where you are seriously just going from one thing to another?  That was this Sunday.  In the morning time we volunteered in the back at church to help in babies, which I hadn't done in a long time and I don't think G has done ever.  That went pretty well!  However, when I went to go pick Norah up, I was a little later since we were cleaning all the toys off, the room leader informed me that she didn't take Norah to the bathroom because I was going to be there soon and she ended up having an accident because of it.  Not. Happy.  Poor Norah was sitting in her mess until I got there and that doesn't help her understand when she has to go or that when she tells someone she has to go that they won't always take her... :(

Well, from that I went straight to Quebra and Dizzy's for another dress fitting at Alfred Angelo.  I was still a little steamed from the whole thing at church but nothing a little Q Train and Dr Pepper didn't help ;)  We didn't find anything that we absolutely loved there, and decided that we liked the lace for material the best.  Even though we really liked the dresses at Becker's they were pretty expensive and it was quite a hike out there, so we decided to look around a bit and see if we can't find something we liked better for a better price :)

Straight from there I went to rehearsal with Elizabeth and Doug to practice for my friend's proposal.  (more on that later!)  That went really well, and I got out of there fairly quickly.  Then I was off to Katie's house for a rehearsal for a wedding we were doing together. That rehearsal went well too, but there was new music that we hadn't done together before and some rewriting that needed to be done.  It was really good seeing her and playing together again!  I didn't have any worries about playing the wedding so it was time to go home.

While I was doing all this running around G, my Dad and Holly's crew went on a hike which looked like a run!  I felt bad that i was gone literally all day, and I know that can't be easy with the kids, depending on their mood.  But, as always, my husband is a rockstar and he took care of everything.

I was definitely glad that that day was over.  It was good and productive but busy busy busy!
