We just tried this recipe tonight and it was a BIG HIT. The thing I liked about it is it could be marinaded ahead of time, and the actual cook time on it was less than 10 minutes. :) Something that is quick to whip up when you get home and are starving... or whatever the circumstances may be! I however, cut the cayenne in half, because I didn't want to over spice my kids. Even with it cut in half it still had a healthy kick to it, but the kids still loved it. I served mine with rice and was full after two kabobs! Healthy, fast, and easy.. what's not to love?

They looked so nice even before they went into the broiler. :) |
