So, I think you'll find a lot of the things I make are a result of my cravings I have. For some reason Monkey Bread was sounding really good to me... the idea of warm, cinnamony-sugar bread with the brown sugar glaze melted in between the pieces was just hitting all the right things for me. So, I made it. :) I didn't put any of the extra stuff (raisins, nuts) in mine and it was great! It was really strange because the kids wouldn't even try it... and who doesn't like monkey bread?! But, my ever clever husband called it velociraptor bread and they loved that! haha. It was a delicious indulgence, and am looking forward to making more. I think it would be a really good thing for Tristan to help with since he would easily be able to coat all the pieces with the cinnamon and sugar :)
