I have been craving food court 'Chinese' food... and then I realized the thing that I actually wanted where the greasy lo mein noodles you can pick as a side. So, I found this recipe that was really fast and easy to make! :) I couldn't find the noodles they suggested so I just got Japanese Udon Noodles instead, and I substituted carrots for cabbage, mainly because that's the vegetable that I had in the house! I thought that they turned out really yummy. They were healthier for you than the food court ones, and they were quite tasty. The sauce didn't look like it was going to cover it all but it did quite nicely. :) The kids really liked it too!
