English Muffin Bread/Toast

I am always looking for a bread recipe that is quick and easy and I think I found the winner!  This is definitely better as toast, but it was so fast and easy I will definitely be making it again and again! The only draw-back I had to this was that I needed 4 bread loaf pans and only had one... but luckily my Mom had some I could borrow.  There is no kneading to this bread which was great for me since I don't have a lot of counter space.  While I was making it though I found out I didn't have enough flour... so my loving husband braved the blizzard and went to our neighbors and asked for some flour, which they luckily had!  So, one of the loaves I made went to them as gratitude for not having to drive to a store :)  Yum yum on this toast though!
