With the ongoing quest for Korean Cuisine excellence I tried another recipe. This was dish was explained to me as the Korean version of spaghetti. You have noodles (or you can use rice) but instead of having a tomato based sauce you have black bean paste. The secret ingredient to this recipe is peanut butter (shhh... don't tell!) But I like it because you can put whatever vegetables in it as well. We used pork loin instead of pork belly (couldn't find that at Meijer) and added carrots to it. I like the daikon (Korean radish) but it is pretty strong. I was pretty pumped about this recipe find as well!
