Soccer League

I am really excited to say that Gaetan joined a co-ed soccer league with my high school friend Tricia.  I'm glad that he got the opportunity to play because I know that he enjoys playing and is good at it!  I also know the importance of being able to go do something on your own and exercising. 

Games are on Thursday and the kids and I got to go to the first game.  Unfortunately it was raining out and I didn't think that the kids were going to be able to go and they were really excited to go watch, but they rescheduled them for inside so they had their first game indoor.  It was really fun to watch and the kids were awesome at cheering him on!  :)  Unfortunately they 'lost' their first game, technically they won because the other team didn't have girls but the score said other... it was still awesome to watch them play.

We are hoping to be able to watch a few more games this session and I hope that he gets to play more.  Yay!  Go Papa!
