Morning time ritual... contacts, face washing, hair style.  :)

I know I say this over and over again, so let me say it one more time.  That Lucy girl is full of so much personality I don't know how it all fits in her tiny being.  She makes me laugh... she continuously surprises me with her sass, and she pushes my limits as a Momma.  Pretty much anything that Dude does, she does.  Anything he tells her to do, she does (which is amazing...) and once she's learned it she won't ever forget.  She will tell us things (yes, tell because she's a talking machine now) that we did weeks ago that I had even forgotten about... something that Dude does still!



Not only is she interested in what Dude is doing but she follows me around like a shadow.  Sometimes it gets a little hairy because she's always by my feet and I get tangled up with her, but its very endearing how much she wants to be around me.  So, I am trying to teach her good habits.  And it makes me a better person for watching the things that I say about my person.  I try to watch what I say about my body imagine in front of her, because I don't want her growing up thinking that Momma hated her body so that's normal.  In fact Momma doesn't hate her body, but it's just a little chunkier than she's used too... ;)  I want Lucy to stand up for herself (which she does...) and know that she is loved for who she is and that she should never settle.  That what has has to say is important and that she should think for herself.

I am always excited to see what sort of crazy she will bring to my day.  :)
