Peach Cake

I made this treat for Gaetan's final day of Stat Mech, due to the fact that we are having a baby and his prof is letting him just come take his final later!  I thought something lighter and fruity would be nice, and this cake was really good!  It's a cross between a pie and a coffee cake... I found it very yummy.  :) It was also really fast to make, which was good!  It seems his class and prof enjoyed them as well.
