Saturday night was my second ever concert with the Kalamazoo Philharmonia. :) I was really looking forward to this concert because a lot of people were coming to watch it! Also, it was a great program, and I felt pretty good about the music!
During the day our friends Quebra and Dizzy came over for a visit before the concert to hang out. I think it's very endearing that they have come to my concerts :) Warms my heart. And I know that Tristan is always so excited when they come over! So, they came over and hung out beforehand and then went to the concert. My Mom stayed with the kids as they slept and my Dad, Gaetan, Quebra and Dizzy, my sister's family, Dale and Marcella and the Jeffries family all came to watch! It was awesome!

The concert went really well, and I think that everybody enjoyed it immensely. We had a guest soloist come in and she was amazing! It's weird to think that I won't be doing the next cycle, due to Norah Norah!, but I am looking forward to going back. It won't be til the fall, and right now I feel like I have a lot of free time on my Monday nights, but I am trying to get as much stuff done as possible before Norah gets here.
