Lasagna Soup

I love me some lasagna... but I don't love how labor intensive it can be!  So, I tried this lasagna soup recipe because of the warmth and heartiness of soup, and for the flavor of lasagna.  It turned out to be very tasty, and very easy to make!  It was done rather quickly also, and if you have left overs then the noodles soak up the liquid and it becomes more like a goolash the next day... so another tasty meal  :)

One of my favorite things about this is the cheesy surprise in the bottom of the bowl.  Yum yum!  We also enjoyed dipping a tasty french bread in it as well :)
