April and Chris Wedding

We were able to attend a wedding with the whole family on our anniversary!  :)  This was an interesting relationship to watch blossom.  When we initially met April and Chris it was when G was working at GRCC.  April was already divorced and had three kiddos but was getting engaged to a guy that I had met while I was going to GRCC and we would see her occasionally around church.  She had a fourth with this guy, named Dave and we would go over there for lunch every now and again.  I kinda had a feeling things weren't going so well between them and they did eventually end up getting a divorce.  While she was going through that we didn't see her around a lot, as I'm sure everybody needs time to process and all that so we gave her her space.  Then, she invited us over for lunch again and Chris was there!  Turns out they had dated a little bit before while they worked together but nothing really came of it.  So, I felt kinda special being there for the beginning of their relationship.







They got married outside and it was beautiful.  It wasn't buggy at all, considering how bad its been lately which I was thankful for!  We got to see Wayne (another friend that G used to work with) and his lovely family which was great.  The park had a lot of playground stuff so that kept the kids occupied while there was a lull in the action.  They catered Qdoba which was AWESOME haha and it really was a good time.























I'm glad that both of them are happy and I hope that this lasts a very long time!  We will share an anniversary which will be fun!
