Lucy's ready for winter!

Our sweet Lucy MaGoose has outgrown all her winter gear from last winter!  And with the massive amounts of snow that we had gotten so early in the winter we needed to get her new stuff stat!  We checked out places like Meijer and Target for boots but they didn't have much in way of a selection and their prices weren't so good.  So my friend Jane tells me that she just ordered her kids some boots and sends me the link... I open it up and it's Ralph Lauren... riiiight.  I thought, I'm not gonna drop a ton of money on boots that she's just going to out grow next year!  But, even though Jane could afford full price RL boots for her kids she is frugal and got some that were on sale.  And it turns out that they were cheaper than getting lower quality ones from the stores here and the shipping was free.  :)    She was so excited because we got free gift wrapping so it came in an extra fancy box with a note on it... So, we scored big on that one!  Then, during the last visit Ingrid bought Lucy and Tristan new winter coats... so our little girl is ready for whatever Michigan has to throw at us!  :)
