Beaker's early birthday

My sweet friends Tricia and Beaker watch our kids so we can go out :)  So, before they took off on their international travels together I thought we should have them over to check out our new place!  I wanted to bake Beaker a pie for his birthday but it was a week early... it's all good.  Tricia picked out blueberry, since apparently that is the only kind she likes and we had a grand old time!  :)  This was my first time making a blueberry pie and trying out the lattice top.  I think it turned out pretty nicely and everybody seemed to be satisfied with the pie itself.




Happy birthday my dearest friend.  Hope you are having a blast in Thailand :)
