Our dear friend had a birthday and we actually got to go and celebrate with him! Yay! It was nice that he did something that we could bring the kids too! They went out for sushi at this new restaurant in GR that I wanted to try. My friend Jane's friend opened it up and I had been waiting for it to open ever since I found out they were doing it! And it was yummy scrumptious! The venue itself isn't that big but they were really accommodating and they were great with the kids. So we had some yummy dinner (I was so busy scarfing it down because it was good that I forgot to take a picture of its beautifulness) but then they brought out complimentary desserts :)

After that we went back to their place and hung out with the other couples that were there and did that until the kids were literally falling over. Then we drove back home :)
Happy birthday Dizzy! You're one of a kind and we are so very lucky and blessed to have you in our lives.
