Tried a new recipe and we loved it! It had been on the menu for a couple of weeks but for some reason it always got pushed back. I also suppose think that it's because I don't cook a lot of shrimp so I was thinking that it might take a lot of time and I have been really tired lately, so I wasn't in the mood to have something work intensive... well, here's the news... it's not a labor intensive meal at all! It's fast (if you happen to get shrimp that isn't shelled or deveined that does take a little bit, but it's not hard to do). And apparently its really healthy too... another win! The kids gobbled it down so we will be making it again soon. :) Its light, refreshing and nice for the warm summer days.
