Unfortunately when we got there her Mom's car was having a bit of a crisis (her WHEEL fell off... not just the tire) so her Dad wanted to get home as soon as possible, so they (Her dad and Brian) left as soon as we got there. It was nice to see Brian one last time, even though it was short and sweet... but this meant we got to drop her off at the airport :). We enjoyed our lunch and then we had to say good-bye. I thought we had a wonderful visit and we got to see her face as much as possible!

The kids wanted to go to the observation look out and watch planes come and go while we waited for Amy's to leave. They had a lot of fun... and there was a lot of air traffic for them to watch. It was pretty windy which kept the temp tolerable. We did stay the entire time til her plane left and watched her take off. It was bittersweet seeing her fly off safely. I may have cried a little...
But these visits just make us all the more appreciative of her when we get to see her and we countdown and look forward to when she will be gracing us with her presence again! (Dec can't come fast enough!)
