Dude's Music class visit

This past semester we enrolled Dude in this music class that Jane suggested.  Ava goes to it and really enjoys it and so we thought we'd give it a try.  It's quite affordable for what they are learning and he seems to have a great time.  It's also really good because its a class where we drop him off and he does it all by himself.  At first when we were telling him about it he wasn't thrilled with the idea that we weren't going to stay for the class, but then we just told him it was like Sunday School and then he was OK with it.  I think once or twice during a semester they have a visitation where the kids show what they've been doing and we just went to his first one.  It was really cool to see what they've learned at such a fast pace and such a young age.  His teacher, Mrs Boyle looks like she's been teaching this class since the dawn of music but she does a really good job with them  :)  Dude was being a bit bashful during the presentation part, but he warmed up to the idea of us being there and did a great job.  There was a playing test sort of portion where she would hit a high, medium, and low pitch and they had to mimic her.  Dude got 100% and was so quick!  Proud Momma moment :)  I think next year we will try and get him in the same class as Ava, but he did really well making his own friends.
