Haverhill and froyo

Do you ever have those days where everything is just perfect?  Like nothing extraordinary happened, but the things that did just were amazing.  Well, today was that day.  It is spring break for the elementary schools and I wasn't sure if I had to give a lesson... they told me that they would text me if yes or no but I hadn't heard back, so I decided to show up just in case.  Well, turns out they weren't home so that meant that I got to walk trails with the family!  I dropped them off at one of the trail heads and then met them later on.  We walked to a park where the kids played and played and played.  Norah experienced her first time on swings and LOVED it.  Lucy was all about it and Dude was going crazy on all the equipment.  When Dude and Lu were swinging together they were laughing at the silliest things, but it is music to a Momma's ears to listen to her children laugh so hard they can't breath.  :)  The weather was absolutely beautiful and I honestly think that the kids would still be playing there if we didn't have do things like eat or sleep.  While there froyo was sounding really really good... but I wanted to go running that night... but I also knew that if we got froyo after dinner I wouldn't want to go running... because I would be stuffed full of froyo!  Well, my darling husband volunteered to feed the kids dinner while I went for a quick 4.5 mile run so that I could hork out on froyo afterwards! The run was fabulous and then I found out that the Mins were joining... trifecta!  I had the cheesecake froyo (which I always get if they have it) and it was marvelous.  It was a beautiful sweet ending to a perfect day.

Norah thought she was hot stuff riding on Papa's shoulders and wearing Big Sister's shirt
